It started with GW Publishing; I initially developed it as an eBook sharing platform on LinkedIn, and was hesitant to create a fully laid out website.
I wasn't sure if it would gain traction, and I received valuable insight from fellow LinkedIn users—particularly inspiring entrepreneurs like Cindy Hyde.
And she was correct!
She advised me to step up and dive into public relations (PR) to successfully sell eBooks.
I appreciated Cindy's advice, but I knew it wasn't time for GW Publishing to go in that direction.
So there I was...
I've written 36 titles (yeah, that's an insane amount) yet all that literary effort was going absolutely nowhere!
Therefore, I created an Amazon account and simply uploaded my titles.
From there, I spent countless sleepless nights experimenting on an almost cosmic level of creativity...
See, I was trying to discover what would generate buyer interest.
It was then and there where I began rethinking everything, even so, the artificial intelligence genre kept invading my every thought!
Like many of you, I saw what was coming, realizing that society is rapidly shifting from analog to full-blown digitization.
So, I kept brainstorming ideas around AI, and an iconic game was recently referenced in an "Artofkickz" YouTube video; and suddenly it all came to mind—[Artofkickz].
You see there was a tactical espionage spy referred to as "Solid Snake" (yup that's actually his name).
He had a protogae named Raiden, and Snake later encounters a terrifying AI revelation which helped me formulate ideas for "ASG," a.k.a AI Shifting Gears.
Yeah, that right there sounds downright weird!
Well, there's more to be revealed...

Snake's mission was pretty straightforward, at least for him: sneak onto a US Marine tanker and snap a few photos of a giant robot.
This wasn't just any robot, though—it was a new kind of Metal Gear called Metal Gear RAY.
It was a massive, AI-controlled mech that could walk on land and go deep underwater.
Snake's job was to get the proof that the military was housing the behemoth mech destroyer—[Metal Gear RAY Fandom].
Ray is unlike it's predecessor model "Metal Gear REX," for REX could carry massive payloads of weapons capable of nuclear striking from any desired location—[Metal Gear REX Fandom]...
The US Marine Corps developed the Metal Gear RAY specifically to hunt down and destroy REX models.
Snake and his tech-savvy friend, Otacon, manage to infiltrate the tanker, but their mission quickly takes a drastic turn.
Snake is stunned to discover his sworn enemy—his brother, Liquid Snake, whom he believed to be dead; is alive and well!
It's soon revealed that Liquid is working for "The Patriots," an obscure and incredibly powerful organization that secretly manipulates global events—[Metal Gear Fandom].
They wanted the Metal Gear RAY model because its powerful AI systems (namely "GW"), this will eventually shed light on the GW Publishing concept.
Within the Metal Gear series, there is one Chief AI-system that governs four key AIs to manage various economic, financial, and militant operations.
I should mention that I'm employing a distinctive storytelling approach, intentionally shifting my writing's dynamics to continuously draw your eyes from left to right in a slick manner!

So, What's the Great Significance Behind GW Publishing & ASG's AI Alignment?
Honestly, I can't quite pinpoint why, but "GW" just has a great ring to it, and I decided it would be an excellent choice to go with.
That brings us to the other half of the equation—AI Shifting Gears.
The aimed goal for both is to provide rich, mind-refreshing content!
I always strive not to bore readers; after all, they're investing their valuable time in my content.
Therefore, it falls upon me to introduce them to insightful and invigorating information—details that truly electrify their minds!
So, instead of thinking about hair conditioner that helps manage their hair, I'm banking on "brain conditioner" that will elevate their minds!
What that means I'm providing a blend of iron will and creative write-ups that will undoubtedly fire up the synapses and neurotransmitters to unparalleled proportions!—[Synapses] , [Neurotransmitters].
And the beauty to all of it, is they can use such details that may help add a layer of depth of information to an article or post.
That in turn, can help intrigue their reader base (it just depends on what they wish to do with the material; if it serves a purpose).

GIF Sequence: The Cyborg Raiden keeps enemies from stopping Snake's entry within the microwave passageway to GW's AI Server.
It's exactly the same thing I did when I came to a key moment in Metal Gear Solid 4, where the story revolved around a genetically modified aging Solid Snake.
(Hence the references "Old Snake," that was purposely inched within the game's written script which pushed two indirect messages out to the players).
- Time wants for no one-no matter how resilient they are.
- AI will continue shifting gears non-stop; as it eventually overtakes all of society-and no one, group, or faction can contain its expansion!
That's the case in the real world, and it was nearly the same in this game"Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots."- [MGS4 Fandom].
This is what led Old Solid Snake to push forward to come face-to-face with one of the most powerful AI-systems far beyond anyone's wickedest imagination.
Assisting Snake is Otacon and Sunny's "RC" (Remote Controlled) Bot the Metal Gear Rex mk 2 mini-model replica (it's a super-small sized Metal Gear REX you'll see in the second in the GIF ahead)—[Metal Gear mk 2 Fandom].
It's only objective is to sneak and bring Snake side-arm weaponry (like a handgun that's fits inside its encased body—it evens brings him the "Camera Eye-Wear. Device!"
Wearing it allows Snake to see clearly within harsh conditioned environments like "Heat-Signature Vision," and in dark settings it grants him NVG capability and other convenient uses—[Snake's Camera Eye Wear].
As Snake neared death while attempting to reach the massive GW Server, the MK2 rolls forward (it has rollers for feet) to help him out.
In seconds the MK2 overrides the security codes to open a massive set of slide-away doors.
This entry reveals the server's spacious chamber, where a ravaged and weary Old Snake confronted "Outer Haven"—where Liquid Snake has control of the Patriots' AI-system —[Outer Haven].
The GW Server Field basically controlled online worldly affairs, it can even decide whether or not to go to war with other nations without prior consent from any government.
And that's not to mention the manpower force it had full control over; that's right, because soldiers were operating upon nanomachine technology they were injected with—[Google Search Result]
They were controlled utterly, from head to toe.
Liquid Snake even demonstrated GW's level of control to Old Snake at one point, and it was no joke!
That's an incredible amount of power for an AI to possess, especially since GW wasn't even the primary AI...
Consequently, Snake's mission was to put an end to this control by defeating Liquid Snake at all costs!
SIDE NOTE: Solid Snake opted to take out one of most the powerful AI-systems conceived, whose combined capabilities led to the creation of "Outer Haven."
It's a break away digital society envisioned and later funded by the Patriots laying out its structural formation.
However, they never found a way to sustain their longevity, and thus, this is where Liquid Snake comes into the picture to take control of it all.
Liquid isn't worried about counterstrikes of any kind (this is thanks to the Patriots' Outer Haven system that will shield him from any nuclear retaliation.
This places him beyond reach of any governing entity, which ensures his freedom, and his ability to enact a world-wide dictatorship.

Yeah, that's what got me once I saw this part where Snake had reached the second most powerful server in the Metal Gear series.
Although, it's terrifying to try and conceive how a massive database server was controlling various aspects of reality (to a large degree).
The Patriots (or members of the "La-Le-Lu-Li-Lo," or better known by their infamous handle "The 12 Wisemen'Committee"—that was all a facade!
And GW wasn't the top AI, (along with it were a few other powerful ones) are all run under the very top AI "JD."
So, here's the list of AIs in Metal Gear, and their purposes:
- JD Server: It's the head honcho server that runs and supports the Patriots AI network. Its extended name is actually "John Doe," and it fits perfectly because it's a digital mind without a physical body. Basically, it's considered as the ultimate AI authority, that governs the lesser AIs counterparts.
- GW Server: It's the most mind-boggling AI, because of the vast responsibilities it has been given-which questions its position of authority... Its extended name is "George Washington,* and no, I have no idea why his name is fixated to its abbreviation.
- TJ, TR, & AL Server(s): These group of lesser server AIs branish the names of each sculptured face of the Mount rushmore Presidents. Out of this group we start with the "TJ" AI, or better known as the "Thomas Jefferson" artificial intelligence. Following that is the "TR" AI, which of course, is the "Teddy Roosevelt" artificial intelligence system. And last, but not least is the "AL" AI; or better known as the "Abraham Lincoln," and all three of them run under the second most powerful AI-the "George Washington" system.
Its specific job is managing all forms of information—it can even hide data and will take abrupt measures to keep the public in the dark about controversial information.
GW is the AI-system used to publish the Patriots' brand of reality; and in Metal Gear Solid 4, it's NOT a happy-go-lucky type of reality that's reveal.
It was an outright dystopian reality many would surely want to avoid at all costs!
The other three AIs GW manages, also oversees information they report back to it that relates to the military, as well as the entire global economy.
But again, to keep everything in clear perspective, it's JD is using GW, TJ, TR, and AL to carry out its commands!
And the enforcer AI is GW, that initiates key decisions and managing the affairs TJ, TR, and AL deal with on a global scale every day; twenty-four seven.
So, seeing how powerful JD is was one thing, but seeing the level of "flex" GW was capable of was even more mind-boggling; not to to mention terrifying—[GW's AI-system was NO JOKE!]

It was at that point where GW was the clear choice to adapt as part of my brand's name.
And like the sound of a seat belt click, everything just locked in place creating "GW Publishing" as the end result...
Final Verdict About the GW Publishing & AI Shifting Gears Connection
Now, some people will immediately think...
"You sound like you like war."
"You must be a warmonger!"
And I'll stop you right there and say....
"I don't care for war at all, but I'm good at recognizing the significance within an abbreviation, a name, a word, or a type of phrasing."
I learned all about that under a controversial law system dubbed "Maritime Admiralty Law," that focuses heavily on words & terms.
And it applies to the movies, to all forms of media and (social media), to the music, even games where key phrases and terms have been injected within them all—they hold subliminal messaging.
Now, the GW's AI-system sparked the second aspect that added another part to my brand idea, and that of course hinted toward artificial intelligence.
See, we're living in a time, a special type of "Zeitgeist" where AI-systems are shifting gears at an rate of utter disbelief!
And we as people living in this current society of way, are subjected to its presence, and how rapidly it's changing the landscape of the world.
That's why I gave credence to the platform "AI Shifting Gears," and the time is now; because there is no time to spare anymore.
Why?
Because artificial intelligence is here to stay, whether we like it or not; that's just a cold hard fact!
That's what drives me to get online to create material that hopefully inspires someone out there—someone who needs that "jolt" of inspiration that gets their creative juices flowing!
